Arc Logo refund policy will be void if;

• You have chosen an all-in-one package.

• The primary design concept has been approved.

• You have demanded revisions.

• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company or our policies.

• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.

• The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.

• Other company or designer apart from us has been approached for the same project.

• The creative brief is lacking in the required information.

• A complete design change has been demanded.

• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time.

• The business is closing or changing its name or business.

• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

• If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.

• No refund can be claimed/processed once the final files have been delivered to you following your request.

• Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered free.

• The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.

• Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

• In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

Note: Arc Logo holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever we seem it is necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Arc Logo . The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.

1. Since the rights to design would now be transferred to Arc Logo, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.

2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies Arc Logo would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

The “My Account” area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns, and any other instructions for the designer. Failure to actively check the “my account” section may become a cause of hindrance in your perusal of a refund.
